Advanced user of Time MattersВ®It has thousands of customization options, detailed time tracking, and a very high database capacity.
It's slightly slow. My organization uses TM 13.0, and many times it takes 30 seconds to load a document. This varies based on use; we have approximately 170 users, and it's slower if all users are interacting with the database. Still, I wish it were much faster.
I'm solving the problem of categorizing thousands and thousands of cases and keeping track of all the time spent on each, and benefiting from being able to do it!
