A Uniquely Powerful Product That Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best?
Centerbase is a powerful product that keeps getting better--sometimes it is hard to keep up with all the improvements. Although customer support was an issue early on (at least for a small customer) as they grew quickly, they have been taking steps to bring it up to the quality of the product itself. The customizability of the product is unparalleled among online solutions--it is the level of customizability previously available only in a hosted server solution. This is the only answer of which I am aware for a firm that wants a powerful solution for a reasonable monthly per-head fee.
What do you dislike?
Because Centerbase is so customizable, initial setup and customization will almost certainly require the help of an outside consultant "partner".
Centerbase has many online help tools but it is being updated and improved so quickly that there isn't an up-to-date user manual.

As a small firm, hosted server solutions were cost-prohibitive. On the other hand, a unique practice and business model meant that typical online solutions were too inflexible. I also wanted integrated accounting. After two years of research, Centerbase is the only product that bridges those worlds. I am using Centerbase for timekeeping, billing, document management, accounting (with online banking updates), vendor management, client contact management. It also integrates with Office 365 (e-mail filing, calendar sync, Word integration).
