A useful software

What do you like best?

I like how simple it is to use. It doesn't take long to learn it or train new people to use it.

What do you dislike?

I do not dislike much about this. I wish the interface was a bit more user friendly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would absolutely recommend using it, just make sure you understand how it works before training other staff.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm using it to round up our campus individuals. It's much better than not having it, very useable.
