Best App for call back and Tracking

What do you like best?

For calling our clients we use this Live call where we can call the clients and we can communicate with them, We can send them email, SMS too. We can track the call too, In dashboard we can how many leads we have generated and called them. If they are not picking the calls we will send them the SMS and Email activity. In Targeting we can see how many leads we have generated, Success rate, We have integrated this Live call with Facebook, Google form

There is no dislike in this Live call everything is good

I will recommend the colleague / Business concern to use this live call for making calls, updating the leads for sales people calling is the main part so live call will be very useful. Communicating with the clients towards live call is good and we can track also

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Making calls to the clients, Tracking them , Sending Email and Sms to the clients if they are not responding to the calls at the same time we have integrated with Facebook and Google form where we can make the live calls. Mainly due to the pandemic situation for work from option this live call is helping good
