Incredible tool for very specific e-commerce data
What do you like best?
The quality of their e-commerce data is extremely high. Very affordable pricing for what is available.
The support team and onboarding experience have been incredible. That is not always a guarantee with database vendors, but with eTail they took our feedback and implemented it right away. I really appreciate our CSM rep always responding same-day to my questions and being extremely knowledgeable.
The upsides of using eTail is that we are finding strategic decision makers at our target accounts who we could not find in Zoominfo for years. I think its very telling that eTail can find those people more accurately than Zoominfo. We use both tools hand in hand, but eTail is our GO TO for e-commerce data, specifically Total Online Sales each year.
The Salesforce integration is also very strong. This is also not a guarantee in every database, but eTail prioritizes it and it works great.
What do you dislike?
I think the UX is a little dated, but it hasn't been a complaint from my end users as far as not being able to leverage the data.
I also don't understand why 4 points are necessary for exporting a Contact. But eTail made it easy to add more points when we were running low, so I can't complain!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My team relies on eTailinsights when we are evaluating prospects online based on their annual sales volume. That data point is almost impossible to find, but not with eTail!
