As the ecosystem of software and services within the organization grows, it is common to implement new systems to prevent the complexity and size of that ecosystem from slowing down your day-to-day work. Data Enhancements and Workflow: As integration data flows through your AMSA Connect platform, a series of data enhancements options are available to your institution. Address, Phone and Email verification is provided on data in transit, while AMS Connect provides donor and fundraising related enhancements such as alumni-based interest, and wealth profiles by leveraging AMSA’s data partners.

Customizable Analytics for Integration: AMSA Connect Integration Analytics Dashboards provides options for displaying analytics related to all integration data endpoints. Standard Analytics are provided on any data in transit within AMSA Connect and all error reports. Options for customizing Analytics experience ranges from presenting specific record information to heat mapping for an entire integration process.

Creative and effective problem solvers!

What do you like best?

AMSA has continue to provide cost-effective solutions to some of our most challenging business processes. They have gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We have enjoyed a true partnership where our needs and desires have greatly contributed to the products function and abilities.

What do you dislike?

Because we are attempting to solve complex integration problems, we sometimes have to wait on a solution. However, AMSA has worked hard to deliver solutions in a great timeframe. Its hard to expect an out of the box solution that didn't previously exist until you asked for it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our ERP is UniData based and doesn't have a lot of out of the box API integrations that are easily available. However, the other products we use are much more advanced in terms of API readiness. AMSA has not only been able to make these API connections to ensure data flow across systems, but they have even developed opportunities to move from scheduled data transfer to event-based real time data transfer via the integration.

We have several systems across our organization that we never dreamed would be able to be effectively integrated, via API... not feed files, and AMSA continues to make our desire to have fully integrated systems a reality. This not only improves our data integrity, but greatly reduces our need to manually participate in data transfer processes.
