What do you like best?

I like that it makes the overall process much cheaper than with other invoicing applications, and for the most part the ease of use and convenience is pretty high. The application makes the process much quicker!!

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a way to encrypt the data so that customers' information was a bit more protected. I also notice some occasional glitches in the server resulting in a failure of file transferring.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's so much easier and cheaper to use than other major invoice applications so although there are occasional glitches, it's cheaper and easier to use. Definitely makes invoicing a lot less of a hassle
