Reliable uptime and support for over 17 years. We've been using Pulse Commerce for over 17 years. During this time, we've never had a severe outage. Our website has been up for customers to browse, configure and order our products 99.9% of the time.

Along with this uptime has been Pulse' outstanding support, quickly addressing any issues that we may experience and providing outstanding developer support.

What do you dislike?

Would like to get customizations faster but who doesn't? This is a give-and-take situations. There have been times when we had an idea for functionality on our website and have presented it to Pulse Commerce for collaboration and review. Sometimes it's an easy request. Other times, it's not as easy as it seems. When those time arise, Pulse Commerce has always explained the challenges and they will never compromise the integrity and security of the Pulse Commerce e-commerce platform. Sometimes you have to sacrifice bells and whistles for security and peace of mind.
