Advanced user of AccuAgencyI like that AccuAgency stores the documents to a "cloud" where you know for sure that they are not going to get lost in the abyss of your computers hard drive if it crashes.
I dislike that the downloads are not more efficient. It creates more than one address, more than one client, more than one everything and indicates a mis-match for items that are clearly in there.
Quoting is a breeze and it saves information from one policy term to the next so you can go back in and see what drivers/vehicles were initially added on. We are going paperless thanks to AccuAgency! Saving Trees left and right!!!!
