What do you like best?

I have been using Jenesis for about a year. I love that I have everything in one screen, client's personal information, policies, limits etc. I love the fact that from the client screen I can text/email customers and I also have access to forms. I can even upload documents without having to switch to another program. I also have the ability to make suspenses and reports. I love using Jenesis !!!

What do you dislike?

I dislike the fact that I worked without it for so long!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sometimes when I reache out to a policy holder I have to leave a message because they are at work or unable to answer the phone. We have notice that when we texr we get a reply back sooner and customers have also indicated that they like this ability. We are retaining more business and reinstating less.
