Intuitive Agency Management System - My preferred system of choice
What do you like best?
AMS360 is one of the more intuitive options when it comes to agency management systems. I have worked in Epic, TAM, AFW, and proprietary systems and AMS360 is by far the most user friendly option.
What do you dislike?
The area that I find lacking in 360, is the reporting capability. Vertafore needs to focus on improving this functionality to improve overall user satisfaction. Ultimately your information is only as good as what you put into it - set up consistent naming conventions, workflows, etc. to ensure that your system stays clean. Once reporting falls into place, then you have a great resource of information.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
AMS360 is a vertafore product, not only do you gain access to Vertafore University, but you can join NetVU (Network of Vertafore Users) to gain industry knowledge as well as tips/tricks for using the system. While the system is a great managment resource, discussing best practices with other users is where the benefits of the system come into play.
