Advanced user of Applied TAMI have been using Applied TAM for over 5 years now. The system is clean, accurate, and easy to navigate even for someone with no experience in the industry. It has every function imaginable to keep your records up to date and accessible such as invoicing, downloads, billing, and document storage.
The attachments are sometimes difficult to find if there are many and you are looking for something done many years ago. It can be time consuming to sift through them all. Also, the coding system is difficult to change/update if you need to change the way a new account was entered due to marriage/divorce etc.
Everything we need is in one place. All documents, billing info, notes that apply to a particular client. Very easy to see the entire picture all at once instead of having to search through multiple files. We can conglom commercial and personal accounts which is also a huge bonus.
