Not user friendly

What do you like best?

Some shortcuts but you need a lot of training. Good mobile apps

What do you dislike?

Hard to navigate and learn. Little support. Not separate areas for mental health automatically adds things that are not needed. Lots of clicking

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creates more work at times. Good for documentation but it seems it could be easier.
