What do you like best?

Ease of use, real-time protection from malicious attacks and others, immedi- ate warning of intrusion, hacking and coordination attempts when dealing with real-time attacks.

What do you dislike?

It is not very intuitive right at the beginning of the usso. It should be more instructive to show with the works, so it would not take so long to configure

Recommendations to others considering the product:

MozDef is a great protection solution against intruders and malicious items. Although it is a bit difficult to configure, after getting the hang of it it is very easy and flexible to develop rules and receive warnings in time about possible attacks. It helps a lot in the protection and security of our institution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were suffering massive attacks of viruses and spybots which could compromise our financial and banking part, since our entire payment process is plea internet. The use of MozDef has reassured us and helped us in security and data transmission.
