What do you like best?
I like the ease of using it. It gives a full control. I can monitor and manage the calls the way I want by using mult-channel calling feature. Dynamic Number Insertion is a fav. feature.
What do you dislike?
There is no trial version, and it's a bit expensive too. A skeptical person would not put money to buy unless he knows someone who is using it.

It helps grow your business if you are dealing with clients remotely. Worth trying

I keep the catalogue of phone call recordings for later use. I am tracking phone calls when multiple parties are involved.
