What do you like best?

What I like best about CallTracking .com is the main feature for me which is the ability to listen to inbound and outbound calls that are placed into our small call center. I also enjoy that I am able to "tag" each call with a description to help distinguish the qualified calls from the unqualified calls.

What do you dislike?

An issue that I am currently experiencing with CallTracking.com is that I had Support set up each of our Reps with the ability to listen to their own inbound/outbound calls. However the issue is that our Reps are not able to do that, instead they are only able to listen to the other persons calls/the coworkers calls and not they're own. Support keeps telling us everything is working correctly. Hopefully this gets fixed sooner than later.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It seems that CallRail.com has taken the reigns so things should be improving in the near future.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With CallTracking.com we are able to see which campaigns are working and which campaigns are not working. The graphs and charts help a lot as well. It also looks like CallRail.com just took over CallTracking.com so we shall see what the future holds.
