A simplistic HRM software that hides great power underneath the User Interface

What do you like best?

The Time & Attendance module is once again simple to use without much hassle. There are 2 options at viewing a user's time and attendance; editable and non-editable views which is ideal to avoid any careless entries from employees, also provides a quick overview for employees on entires that need attention.

All entries and requests are linked to the corporate e-mails so as to ensure that no information such as leave application escapes the eye of the manager or responsible superior.

What do you dislike?

To maintain simplicity, a bit of aesthetic value has been lost in the process and the platform isn't very mobile friendly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Simple software for the user, an extensive powerhouse for the administrators. Aesthetic is somewhat customizable but get the developers to built a look closer to your corporate motifs.

Holds all parties accountable for their time and attendance maintenance, removes the pressure off of Human Resources to follow-up on attendance management especially for payroll

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The direct e-mails ensure a meeting-free leave application process. Employees can simply apply online within the required time-frames and valid reasoning and have their leave approved without any face-to-face meeting with their superiors. The fact that the e-mail reminder reaches the superior and employee holds all parties responsible and accountable in the process.

The process also has put power and accountability to the employee. The employee is responsible for management of his time and attendance module which makes the Human Resource Department's job much easier as they no-longer have to follow-up on issues especially with regards to payroll management.
