Advanced user of Sprout Solutions HRThe most helpful with using Sprout is the real time solution when filing and approving the filings. It reflects the changes real time when you approve payroll adjustments. There is another thing that I like the most is with the resolution center, it shows you what is missing or what is the problem why the member had a dispute with their attendance or payroll.

You can manage your people easily with this software. The results are real time which is one of most feature I would recommend for this software.
