best KPI evaluator and easy to play around

What do you like best?

This tool has the best graphical representation of data sets, which helps business folks with minimal technical knowledge to understand and analyze data in a much efficient manner. Within few clicks after data loading, this tool generates some really cool KPI graphs. Best part is that this tool gives you the freedom to customize the KPI and the look and feel of the dashboard.

What do you dislike?

Although this tool provides API injection of data, I would like to see this tool accepting huge volume of data through CSV files too.

We try to understand the customer behaviour and their churn pattern to prevent them from going to the competitors
