Easy to use & great customer support team
What do you like best?
Stayntouch a modern and futuristic hotel software that is simple and easy to use. It has a great user friendly layout which allows for easy navigation through different features. Training makes easy within half the time that is usually required when adapting to a new software. Reporting is easy with many filters. The customer support team is fantastic in person as well as via the 24/7 helpdesk portal.
What do you dislike?
The guest statistic report needs improvement for accurate data reporting. The group process needs some tweaking as well. It would be nice to have the option to merge duplicate guest profile as well as the option to delete or merge multiple entry of an OTA profile.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Stayntouch makes it easy and simple to enhance a guest self check-in experience. On a mobile device guest process a self check-in, provide us with their estimated time of arrival, with any special request and upgrade options which is a great for extra revenue.
