Hard to use, can be confusing

What do you like best?

The best feature is being able to see a month at a time, with the calendar on the lefthand side of the page.

What do you dislike?

If you are not careful, you will select the WRONG date to reserve.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try other reservations software. This one is very confusing for end users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Booking guests for rooms at our four different properties, charging their cards in advance to reserve the rooms.
