User Experience on Essette
What do you like best?
Essette works well with most of the browsers, which is easily accessible company-wide. Besides, our team mainly uses Essette to track case progress such as taking notes, case current status, and phone records. Lastly, Essette is an integrated business tool that can process individual case or authorization, which our company does have to spend money on two different tools.
What do you dislike?
Essette does not specifically customize for our company's business need, such as adding calculated field Turn-Around Time(TAT). Therefore our team has to go to the underlying data and query the data we need.
Besides, one user cannot open two cases/authorizations at the same time(the user will be forced to log off).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Essette can create more data visualization tools within the app, which helps users to easily navigate what function they want to use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Basically I can use underlying data from Essette to build a case tracking system for our case managers such as providing how the case was processed over time or whom has worked on the most cases. Overall, using Essette can help our case managers to facilitate the workflow and easily for management to better allocate current work resources.
