Only issue we've run into is webhooks are JSON only. That's not completely unexpected but, caused us to find a work around.
A little bit of upfront information architecture design goes a long way. It's easy to change the layout of your data but, after you've implemented on top of it there's cost there like any headless CMS.
Our team has the ability to build a custom CMS but, we couldn't do it for the price of admission at Cosmic. When we deliver this site we also are leaving our customers with a system that is maintained at a reduced price from what we would have to charge.
