What do you like best?

I have been using the Daemon Tools tool for over 10 years. It was the tool that popularized the .ISO format. The format is very useful since it simulates the image of a physical disk, something so rare nowadays. In addition, it is a format that protects data and offers greater security against data corruption and ease of storage. The Daemon Tools tool is capable of emulating a virtual drive, as well as allowing disk images to be created easily. It is a simple, intuitive tool that performs your processes very quickly.

What do you dislike?

For some, the tool is no longer so useful, since Windows now offers native support for opening .ISO files. However, it is still useful in CREATING this format. The tool could offer more features to backup and restore corrupted images. The ads (which didn't exist there at the beginning) end up disturbing the tool's interface a little.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There is the paid version that contains no ads and offers a few more features. However, I don't think it's worth it: the free version meets the main requirements of the tool. Just accept that there will be ads appearing on the screen, which may irritate some users.

Daemon Tools is the best tool for managing .ISO files. I use it a lot to create virtual images of operating systems that I want to install on virtual machines. It allows me to perform a full backup of physical disks, in order to avoid data loss.
