What do you like best?

The employees at eCivis are fantastic. At first, it can be daunting figuring out the process and how to move grants through the stages. We received lots of training support and continued assistance as needed. The tutorials are thorough and the customer support team is truly fantastic. They respond quickly. It is a wonderful database and tracking method once you get the hang of it!

What do you dislike?

The only downside is the learning curve. Some people have difficulties figuring out all of the features (there are tons of awesome features and uses). With the tutorials and customer support, it is easy to overcome.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We utilize eCivis for grant applications and tracking the entire grant cycle. It is a great database to House all grant documents and has helped in the accounting audit process. It has greatly stramlined the grant application and awarded processes.
