What do you like best?

It was suggested by one of my colleagues who has been living in Paris for a while. I became a part of it when I went to Paris for a business meeting. It is simply the best navigation app that has multiple options to choose, from the bus to walk to Uber! In addition, it provides you details like estimated cost and you have real-time updates in a minute where you can find so many options even for your last-minute decision! It guided me throughout my journey from suggesting which train/subway/bus to take to the map for reaching the stops to hop on. I couldn't have made it without Citymapper, especially in that crowd and super confusing train/subway routes!

It became my favorite since then, and helped me during in conference in London! And now for my all business trips, I and my mates totally depend on Citymapper for its one-click solution for our navigation issues.

What do you dislike?

No downside as such. It totally provides you the best experience as a transport application and I just wish it was not just limited to the Paris area. I hope it could expand to other regions in France as well!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Citymapper, I had real-time departure updates, disruption alerts, and transit maps. They even did the Uber integration and had bike routes! Literally, Citymapper has everything one needs to navigate life in the city. Both during my stay in Paris and London, I have benefitted a lot, thanks to Citymapper!
