Advanced user of Geoviewer Mobile and DesktopThe customer support is top-notch! Whatever you ask, the answer is always yes! They have a "when there is a will there is a way attitude." We have gone from static paper GIS to a fully electronic GIS system. Additionally, they have helped us with several API's allowing us to complete many tasks electronically. We also have a feature built-in that allows customers to view District boundaries, view parcels, and get estimates before purchasing services.
There is not anything to dislike about this product.
What are you waiting for? Geoviewer is a great product, I wish we wouldn't have waited so long to get it.
We have gone from static paper GIS to a fully electronic GIS system. This allows for greater efficiency and accuracy of agency assets. We soon hope to have our inventory system added to the system allowing for greater financial accountability.
