What do you like best?
The interface is simple and set up is easy and straightforward. I do like that it is easy to grant access to different levels of hiring managers and interviewers.
What do you dislike?
It does not integrate with a lot of different tools like PI or ADP without a hefty lift. The unique code used for sourcing tracking is clunky. The dashboard and custom reports don't feel useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Barebones and cost effective. Easy to implement with good customer service. Does not have all the bells and whistles yet so if you need a lot of integrations it might not work for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's much more user friendly than our last ATS, we use it for posting roles and managing the interview process for candidates. We have granted access to hiring managers for reviewing applicants and submitting evaluations since using the product and that has been useful.
