Gather is excellent for business across multiple platforms
What do you like best?
Gather is an easy platform to use across multiple platforms. We use it for both sales tracking and catering orders. It is very easy to communicate with your team members and to keep clients updated on their outings. It also has an amazing app that makes it easy to book clients both in the office and on the go.
What do you dislike?
There really aren't downsides. It has a few things, such as the payment options, that are a little harder to learn and understand, but for the most part, it is so easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program is amazing. We use it for tracking our clients (as a CRM), and also use it for both group ticket sales, food voucher purchases, and catering bookings for our stadium. It makes it so easy to communicate between myself, my sales staff, and our catering team. We can also track the orders, and send our client updates immediately following us updating it in the system. They can also log on any time and check the status of their order. It also provides them a chance to confirm their order instead of us having to do it over the phone. The payment system is very easy as well, and gives the client a realtime tracking of where their payments are and how much they have left on their accounts.

We are using Gather as both a booking tool and a CRM to keep up with our clients. The invoicing capabilities makes it so easy to communicate with clients and to keep them updated on where their booking stands.
