What do you like best?

I have never really used it for work, but I help and manage and schedule events for an Alumni Association. It is very easy to start out with out of the gate. It is easy to use. Nothing too complicated to learn. Great site!!!

What do you dislike?

It isn't that easy to link with social media. I have had trouble with it. I don't know if it is because I am using the Free version. They give only a 7 day trial of the paid package, I don't think that is long enough to get to know the site and that you need to upgrade.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps get the word out of events and manages donations for fundraising gives good records on that. Love the payment for ticket option too, even though I don't use it that often.
