What do you like best?

The quality was good and content came in quickly. The platform was super easy to use too. I also liked the fact that there was an option to reject the content if it wasn't upto the mark. I've never had to reject a piece, but it's reassuring to know that I don't have to pay for content that misses the mark. Their support team is great too and offers helpful suggestions on the best ways to work with the platform.

What do you dislike?

Nothing as of yet. There is nothing which I don't like about Narrato.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to get a content creation partner that can scale with our needs and give us the flexibility to manage our projects ourselves - Narrato proved to be a good fit. We are now saving tons of time and headache hiring freelance writers individually and then managing them - something that wasn't scaling very well.
