Good software for fraud management - a lot to build on
What do you like best?
The simplicity of the product offering, with 4-5 simple products to use. The reactiveness of Riskified teams: engineering, account managers, etc.
The effectiveness of the product: it just works, it does not require heavy maintenance.
What do you dislike?
The dashboard: it is too simple, no KPIs. We need you to make sense of all of the data that you collect, to give us insights, ideas for improvements, etc.
The API documentation: way too complicated. Take a look at Stripe to have best in class example
There are no mobile SDKs, yet more than 50% of ecommerce is mobile in some countries.
The pricing model: not transparent enough

Good company to work with if you're an ecommerce looking to invest some money in fighting fraud, but arent thinking of hiring a full team
