What do you like best?

I like that you can record your production progress on an ipad and it breaks it up into power hours so that you can review and look at what was the possible problem in that hour. I also love that it records all of our departments and gives us incentives to get better. I also like that you can message other people directly so that it saves you the trouble of hunting down maintenance, managers etc.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that our sensors only cover our equipment that we use inside. They still have not figured out how to record manual runs as well as not adjusting our downtime towards maintenance.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it time to work. It takes time to get used to but the company that installed our sensors etc. stayed with us for a couple weeks training key employees to train others in our plant.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have increased productivity in my department by 25% in the past month which is huge. Every department has increased production, recording downtime and finding better ways to improve performance.
