Great tool to add unique interactivity to your site.
What do you like best?
It's an interesting way to make plain pdf documents look like actual books. The interactivity is very clean and one of the few services that actually get flip-books right. What I really like is the varied designs and the ability to control the various features that are presented to the user on the embed page. I did not find it difficult to upload a file or make it look like the flip book was native to the website.
Page load times are important. What I really liked as well was that the whole pdf was loaded incrementally, instead of all at once. Some very image heavy pdf's can be rather large. Not making a visitor download the entire file every page load is very essential and glad that it is present.
What do you dislike?
Would like a native solution that could be used in WordPress. This isn't a limiting factor; just a personal preference about the use of iframes only as necessary as you cannot regulate the overall file size of the resources being imported.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool if you want to include additional interactivity into your website. The varied options are nice and transition quite well to various device sizes, including mobile and tablet.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Currently we're using it to add interactivity to very dense pdf documents. It's a nice feature to extend our websites other than using a plain download link. While we are still a light user of the tool, our hope is to increase its usage with our many documents that explain our school district's many offerings.
