What do you like best?

I love the ease with which I can enter my loan details and get recommendations and suggestions on how to manage them. Their performance suite management works well for my requirements and I am able to lend off my property for more profit. This helps a lot because we lease our current houses to CMU professors and staff and LoanLogics helps us a lot in managing our quality and assuring that we are making profit.

What do you dislike?

Their pricing is one of the thing which lets me down. It is too expensive and becomes hard for me allot a big chunk of my monthly limit on this. They should really work on that. Also, their interface looks archaic and they should update it as soon as possible to compete with other companies.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Would definitely recommend it to people looking to manage their mortgages on a big scale. It makes your work very easy and also sometimes helps you being profitable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it at CMU to allot housing leasing options to professors and staff here. We have been using it for the past year and have loved it so far. I have realized that it is easy for me to now manage my mortgages and still be in profit by managing them.
