What do you like best?

The parsing functionality let's me use this as a delimiter tool too, which is extremely helpful for doing formatting changes for output into some of our various backend systems. Other than that, just makes prepping thing for QB a breeze.

What do you dislike?

I wish it had a few more options for parsing raw text files and inconsistently formatted files.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you get some time, really explore it's potential as a file parser for other types of separated-value files. If you could automate some batch scripts through it, you could save a ton of time on repeat tasks.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It basically serves as a central node for a lot of our manual data operations because it's so easy to fix up CSVs for import. Saving me and a few others on my team a loooot of clicks.
