What do you like best?
Contact Centre software by iTouchVision is the chosen platform for us to manage customer interactions through calls, email, SMS and social media.
We could record calls for quality and training, capture communication threads and analyse the statistics with concise reporting and analytics. We've seen a series of great feedback from customers based on our new level of support offering. In terms of customising and implementing, their IT team was very helpful and made the process quite seamless.
What do you dislike?
Although the contact centre solution incorporates all the major functionalities as a CRM, it lacks the features like video calling, discussion forum and article sharing. We don't need these at this moment, however as we scale we may look for these solutions.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The cloud based CRM produced us results we were looking for and it helps us meet our strategic goals. The contact centre integration with our existing system was pretty quick. Our agents have been able to attend more number of calls and are now chewing through the backlog.
