Advanced user of Fieldpoint Service ApplicationsIt is a web hosted PSA that we use for our primary support ticketing, technical projects, resource time tracking and billing as well as some asset management. It has good functionality, provides decent reporting and has good support as well.
Some modules and features were difficult to implement or were not implemented, and would require a change in our workflow and internal processes. Looking back in hind sight, would have been nice to have been told at the beginning of deployment about the many layers of configuration and setup. Having a more in depth discussions at that time might have led to better decisions on setup and deployment.
A central place to keep all support related work, time, billing, notes and associated hardware. It does have several integrations available, like quickbooks and web based customer portals.
