More customer service & tech prep help/viewing upcoming calls needed.
What do you like best?
My boss loves the financial strengths of the software but as the main customer service/scheduling person I am not totally impressed with it.
What do you dislike?
> The lack of communication options with customers (Would love to have txt msg system in place and confirmation of schedule time slot for call).
> Also NEEDS to allow the field techs to SEE upcoming schedule if we want so they can have parts needed on hand for them whether same or next day!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Need quicker more available customer support services (for PST customer support) and people who can easily teach/communicate remotely to help us when we have questions or problems.
Tiffany Kern was GREAT at that particular need but apparently left the company.
Have also had some that were not at all helpful, patient or able to teach in the process of taking our calls and inquiries (Jennifer, Bree) .
