What do you like best?
It allows the management of work and field services, is cloud-based and is designed for small and medium enterprises. I like the ability to track staff when needed and the fact that it also has a complete health and safety component. Customers enjoy the interface via email and we consider the system's ability to track and record information related to the site to be very valuable for all users and you can additionally attach photos of the work done.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see a better report that shows sales and profits in a particular period per sales representative per job using only the start date of a job, the WIP report cannot do this and the email platform used ends up being too much spam for customers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before Fergus, everything was handwritten, including time sheets, customer details, scheduling and job notes, they were written in a diary and on a huge blackboard, monthly billing was done with stacks and piles of paper and it was a huge job every month after its implementation takes care of all the details, from quotation, scheduling and billing to managing your equipment and Health and Safety saving us a lot of time and all staff can see what's for the week.
