What do you like best?
As a CRM consultant that represents more than one solution, AgileField allows my company the flexibility to easily integrate with most of the common CRM ( and/or ERP) platforms so that I only need to know one FSM solution
What do you dislike?
The product requires a significant period of adjustment but I am not sure I would truly call that a dislike. By adjusting to features of AgileField, a user can eliminate most of the problems that made them look for a new system in the first place. Just don't do what many do and try to make the new system match the old processes.

AgileField consolidates scheduling and dispatch, workforce management, inventory management, work order management and customer engagement into a single platform that works with all the CRM solutions I represent. It eliminates the need for multiple applications that may or may not integrate properly. In addition I have seen savings in personnel, inventory, asset management, and improved cashflow. Add in the improved communications with customers and you can easily see why this is a powerful solutions
