Easy to use, not always intuitive

What do you like best?

The mobile app is great, I can do about 75% of what I need to accomplish without ever needing to use my laptop. Easy to figure out and use on the go.

What do you dislike?

A little clunky when moving between accounts or viewing on a map area (takes a while to load). When saving an update or note the only option is to save AND close instead of just save so you have to go out of the account after each save and go back in. Syncing can take a while after password updates and you really need to be on WiFi and leave the app open while it's updating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping track of client info, call notes and opportunities. Makes it easy for me to stay on top of my sales territory.
