What do you like best?

Robust features, stays modern, great support. One of my favorite features from the admin point of view is that we can setup a google sheet and get the app to update with our agenda, live. This saves us TONS of admin work since our agenda is constantly changing. I also really like that the app works with a lot of 3rd party tools and hardware. This gives us flexibility and also helps keeps costs reasonable.

What do you dislike?

i wish that I could white-label topi. Also, if in person support were any option we might consider it. We tend to like the more gamified options as well so I'd encourage topi to add mroe features around how to gamify usage, especially social media sharing so that attendees are incentivized to both engaged and focused, a common problem at events.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I've looked at a lot of event apps. Topi stands out for so many reason. It's easy to use, the feature-set is robust, and our attendees have great things to say.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems that we solve with topi are around networking, lead-gen, badge printing, agenda, voting, on screen display, sponsor info. We also use it to poll the audience, live, about certain topics, and the display the results on-screen. This drives really great live audience engagement, which is a goal for us and our speakers and sponsors.
