Great Software For Our Small Performing Arts Center
What do you like best?
It is so easy to set up a show, and there are so many options to choose from. I love all of the ticketing header options, as well as ways to make both GA and reserved ticketing events. It is easy to go in and change almost anything, even after a show is on sale. The customer service may be my absolute favourite though. Our Client Manager is amazing and he never takes more than a day to get me an answer to something, or super fast if it is an "emergency". Their after hours support is knowledgeable and helpful as well.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could delete old events and old coupon codes and price structures. But you can only archive them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do a demo with them. Their sales and client services staff members are absolutely amazing and so wonderful to deal with, we have learned so much from them! They also have great connections if you need new equipment for your ticket office like BOCAs, encrytption swipers, etc.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We really increased our online ticket sales after switching to Showare. It is a lot more user friendly, especially for our older demographic. We are now at over 65% of our sales are online. This has been helpful so that we could minimize the phone time for our ticket staff who were constantly having to help guests through the online process with our old system.
