Solid service, but needs improvement

What do you like best?

Ease of set-up, basic functionality for events.

What do you dislike?

The mobile application that they promote lacks a great deal of functionality. The mobile check-in function needs improvement, but works. The application does not allow for mobile check-in, so you have to log-in via the website on your phone and each time you scan a QR code, it opens a new browser window. Lots of unnecessary steps.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was able to integrate registration for social events into my website. This has allowed for increased traffic on my website.
