Great product, even better customer service!
What do you like best?
Setting up the events was easy. The site is intuitive. But the best part is the outstanding customer service and tech support! The team is quick to respond to any questions I have had. They are always very friendly and personable. The help articles they have available are clearly written and easy to follow. I can operate with a level of confidence knowing that if my event directors or I have a question about anything, the RegFox staff is just a comment away with an answer to my question.
Not having to pay a yearly fee upfront was also a huge plus!1
What do you dislike?
I honestly can't think of anything major I dislike. My experience (running registration for 11 events with over 1300 participants) has been great! Any questions we have had have been answered quickly and professionally by the RegFox team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can't recommend them enough! I have worked with several of the employees; each one is competent and knowledgeable about the product. I have no regrets choosing RegFox over the other platforms I was considering.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a registration platform to hold our 11 events. I wanted a platform that was easy to set up, then easy for our clients to use when registering, and I wanted good, reliable tech support. RegFox has provided all of this.
I actually looked into a couple of other companies that were ranked highly, but their tech support/customer service ratings were lower. Then I saw the ratings and reviews for RegFox; the things I was looking for (ease of use and customer service) were ranked very high. So I gave them a call. They have truly delivered!!! AND they don't charge an upfront fee or make you sign a contract either!
I should add that the analytics they offer for the event are super helpful. It made ordering our shirts and tracking our registration so easy, Love the cirlce graphs!
