What do you like best?

I like the ability to create diagrams for clients so that they can have a flawless program.

What do you dislike?

This is not the most user friendly program. It takes a lot of training to get employees up to speed. The buttons should be a little more helpful and descriptive.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would reccomend this program as it can be beneficial for diagram making. Ensure you train your employees fully on the program.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems we have solved have been being able to provide clients with a visual of the event they want. The benefits are clear communication between company and client.
