ExhibitDay - GAME CHANGER!

What do you like best?

Easy-on-the-eyes, user-friendly, the ability to customize the info/booth tabs, cloning, adding unlimited users (for premium services) with different viewer preferences, I can go on and on... Oh, and great customer service, too, even during the Beta stage which speaks volumes of the company!

What do you dislike?

Aside from trade shows, my team coordinates continuing education (CE) for doctors - it would be nice to have a separate homepage for our CE events (webinars, live lectures, and hands-on workshops) so I can see them all in one page (calendar view); many of our CE events are combined with trade shows as well, so, in that situation, I would want an info CE tab.

It would also be nice if we can have a bigger writing space for “Show Happenings” and the ability to customize what we write inside (font, formatting).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have 95% said goodbye to the Excel spreadsheets housing our event details! The only time I open a spreadsheet is when I want to see all our events in one page with consolidated important info to help my team plan for next year's event calendar: when we applied last year, # of past doctor/exhibiting company attendees, booth cost and size, who traveled, fly in/out airports, staff travel costs, how many orders we took, etc.

There are so many great benefits but the ones on top of my head are: 1) the event team or attendees, wherever they are, can log on and see updates in real-time; and the “Event Binder” has also saved my event coordinators time - with a click of a button they are able to generate this report with everything relating to the attendee(s) going; prior, they would work from updating a Word doc template.
