What do you like best?
We moved away from our old software as it was just not right. Tried loads of others and HireHop just ticked all the boxes. It's easy to use, very powerful, in the cloud and it's not expensive. It did far more than the rest we tried and not just by a little bit, but by a long way.
What do you dislike?
Can't think of anything, except maybe the look is not super modern.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We hesitated when switching from our old software. However switching was really easy and the best thing we ever did. All I can say is don't hesitate, just do the switch and you won't regret it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our office workflow was improved, integration with our accounting software, warehouse efficiency, better looking documents like quotes, and generally made us more efficient and look more professional.
Also with covid lockdown, in the cloud was of course an amazing bonus, and luckily we switched before lockdown started.
