What do you like best?
Data Entry was a breeze. You can use SIG codes and codes recognised by the software to input your data faster!
What do you dislike?
Having to call office-hour customer support if we had to reinstall a scanner, or have them store processing info we did not use before. Fortunately, they were located in the same time zone as we were, so it wasn't a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require beyond office hours customer support, NewLeaf is not the product for you. Their office hours are a 9a-5p arrangement with no weekend service.

Pharmacy record of reference. Order entry, pharmacist verification, and record keeping were easy to reference when we needed it.
